I'm telling you / emphasis; informs the listener of new information.
Connection rules
- ＋Sentence (any form) + よ
- ＋Overuse of よ can sound pushy or condescending.
- ＋よね combines the two: asserting while seeking confirmation ('that's right, isn't it?').
Examples

あの店は安いですよ。
Ano mise wa yasui desu yo.
That store is cheap, you know.
