Connection rules
- ＋Verb-ない + でください (drop nothing from the ない-form; just append でください)
- ＋Note the form: 食べないでください, not 食べなくてください.
- ＋The particle で here comes from the て-form of the auxiliary ない (via ないで), not from the particle で.
