＋(の中で) + 一番 + adjective
＋Scope of comparison: 日本で一番高い山 ('the tallest mountain in Japan'), クラスの中で一番背が高い人 ('the tallest person in the class').
＋More formal alternative: 最も (もっとも).

富士山ふじさんは日本にっぽんで一番いちばん高たかい山やまです。

Fujisan wa nippon de ichiban takai yama desu.
