Used at the beginning of a sentence to introduce a hypothetical condition.

- ＋Used at the start of a conditional clause
- ＋Commonly paired with ～たら or ～なら
Examples

もし彼が来たら、すぐに知らせてください。
Moshi kare ga ki tara, sugu ni shirase te kudasai.
If he comes, please let me know immediately.

Moshi ichi oku en a tara, sekai ryokou ni iki tai desu.
If I had one hundred million yen, I would go on a world trip.
