A humble expression used when one is allowed to do something for their own benefit.

- ＋Verb (Causative て-form) + いただく
Examples

本日は休ませていただきます。
Honjitsu ha yasuma se te itadaki masu.
I will take the day off today.

Supiichi wo yara se te itadake nai desho u ka.
