(Te irassharu)
Honorific version of ～ている, describing a superior's state or action.
Connection rules
- ＋Verb (て-form) + いらっしゃる/おいでになる
Examples

先生はあそこで本を読んでいらっしゃいます。
Sensei ha asoko de hon wo yon de irasshai masu.
The professor is reading a book over there.
