Used when reaching a logical conclusion or explaining the reason for a fact.
Connection rules
- ＋Verb (Plain form) + わけだ
- ＋i-Adjective + わけだ
- ＋na-Adjective + な + わけだ
- ＋Noun + の/である + わけだ
Examples

三時間も歩いたのか。お腹が空くわけだ。
