(Wake da)

Used when reaching a logical conclusion or explaining the reason for a fact.

Connection rules

  • Verb (Plain form) + わけだ
  • i-Adjective + わけだ
  • na-Adjective + な + わけだ
  • Noun + の/である + わけだ

Examples

さん時間じかんあるいたのか。おなかくわけだ。

San jikan mo arui ta no ka. onaka ga suku wake da.
