ばほど
(Ba hodo)
Expresses that 'the more' one thing happens, 'the more' another thing changes accordingly.
Connection rules
- ＋Verb (ば-form) + Verb (Dictionary Form) + ほど
- ＋i-Adjective (ければ) + i-Adjective (Basic) + ほど
- ＋na-Adjective (なら) + na-Adjective (な) + ほど
Examples
1.
日本語は勉強すればするほど難しくなります。
Nihongo ha benkyou sure ba suru hodo muzukashiku nari masu.
The more you study Japanese, the more difficult it becomes.
