Used to give advice or make a suggestion in a polite way.

Examples

少し疲れているようですから、今日は早く帰ったらどうですか。
Sukoshi tsukare te iru you desu kara, kyou ha hayaku kae tara dou desu ka.
You look a bit tired, so why don't you go home early today?

Wakara nai koto ha sensei ni kii te mi tara dou desu ka.
