Connection rules
- +V-て + はいられない (polite: いられません). Casual contraction: 〜ちゃいられない.
- +Urgency / pressing concern — the speaker can't stay inactive.
- +Casual contraction: 〜ちゃいられない (食べてはいられない → 食べちゃいられない).
