Connection rules
- ＋V plain (non-past) + 恐れがある; noun + の + 恐れがある. Attributive: 〜恐れのある + noun.
- ＋Negative risk — 'there's a risk / fear that X'.
- ＋Common in weather forecasts: 大雨の恐れがある.
