not that I don't / it's not that X isn't.
Connection rules
- +V ない-form + (く)もない; i-adj 〜くない + くもない; na-adj + でなくもない.
- +Double negative — softens a positive claim.
- +Similar to 〜ないことはない (N3); 〜なくもない is slightly more conversational.
Examples
1.
行きたくなくもないが、時間がない。

Iki taku naku mo nai ga, jikan ga nai.
It's not that I don't want to go, but I don't have time.
「not that I don't / it's not that X isn't」
2.
彼の意見もわからなくもない。

Kare no iken mo wakara naku mo nai.
I can sort of see his point.
