without / unless.
Connection rules
- ＋Noun + なしに(は).
- ＋Noun-based 'without' — similar to ないで but attached to nouns.
- ＋なしには (with は) emphasizes the absence.
Examples

許可なしに、ここに入ってはいけない。
Kyokanashi ni, koko ni hai te wa ike nai.
