Connection rules
- ＋V ない-form + ではおかない.
- ＋Less formal variant of 〜ずにはおかない — same two senses (resolve / inevitability).
- ＋The negative form attaches directly: 言わない → 言わないではおかない.

彼に一言言わないではおかない。
Kare ni hitokoto iwa nai de wa oka nai.
I will not leave without saying a word to him.
