Connection rules

  • i-adj stem + くもなんともない; na-adj / noun + でもなんでもない.
  • Strong emphatic denial — 'not at all X, not even a bit'.
  • Common for dismissing claims: 寒くもなんともない ('not cold at all'), 大したことでもなんでもない ('nothing important at all').
